Payment method

Anyone who lives in one of our places must pay a monthly rent. By signing the agreement you agree to pay on time. You pay on the 25th of each previous month. For example, rent for February must be paid on 25 January.

There are various ways to pay the rent:

• Direct debit
  This is very easy. You make a one-off arrangement and we will take care of a correct and timely debit payment from then on. Changes to the rent will be made immediately, you do not have to do anything.

• Bank transfer (periodic transfer)
  Via internet banking you can set up a monthly order or you can transfer the money manually every month.
  
  If you set up a monthly order, you have to take into account that you adjust your order in time with a change in the rent, for example an increase of the rent. This prevents the wrong amount being transferred.

Cash payment is not possible.
