Ay, I cannot pay my invoices

It is not pleasant for anyone not to be able to pay the rent (on time). Moreover, it is often quite a job to catch up with arrears.

Do you have problems paying the rent? If so, discuss this with us as soon as possible. Then we can help you find a solution. So contact us as soon as possible.

If the rent is not in our account by the 25th of the month, we speak of a payment arrears. In that case, we go through a number of steps:

Step 1. Reminder

Have you not paid for the rent before the 25th of the month? Then we will send you a reminder. We will ask you to pay the rent to us as yet.
If this does not result in payment, we will call in a bailiff. This is an annoying step which we would rather avoid, because a bailiff can cost a lot of extra money.

The bailiff will send you another letter on our behalf. This is a preliminary announcement that we intend to hand over the claim to the bailiff. If there is no payment within 14 days, the claim will be passed on to the bailiff. You will then pay the collection costs as well as the rent.

Step 2. Bailiff

If we have called in the bailiff, you will have to pay the bailiff's costs. In extreme cases we can force you to leave the space.

Therefore, do not put your space at risk and always pay the rent on time.
