Our goal is for our residents to feel as much at home as possible in our complexes. This is why care takers and resident agents work at Plaza Resident Services. You can go to them with questions or reports. For example, a care taker can help you with small repairs, such as a broken lamp in the common room, with general questions about the complex, the surroundings or sometimes just a chat. Resident agents will help you if you experience nuisance, if you have questions about your contract, etc.
