Step 1: Terminate contract

Please note that your agreement can be cancelled with a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months in advance. You can cancel on any day of the month.

Would you like to end your contract before the minimum contract duration has expired? That is possible, but keep in mind that even then the notice period of at least 1 month and a maximum of 3 months applies. If you wish to terminate earlier than contractually permitted, we will charge a one-off administrative fee of €250.

If you rent at Limapad through the Utrecht University Reserved Accomodation Programme, you have committed yourself to a specific rental period with a fixed end date. Do you want to cancel earlier? Then we kindly ask you to nominate a candidate for your accommodation on behalf of the university.
